I’m passionate about deeply understanding human, consumer and shopper insights, including the real motivation behind behavior. Building on a background in psychology and 25+ years of strategic brand building, I use a variety of approaches to help clients understand how to build their business with their highest potential target audience – leading insights programs across most markets and most FMCG categories. I’ve also designed and led 50+ innovation and strategic planning workshops using a variety of design thinking and creative problem solving tools from Fortune 100 companies to non-profits.
