CHALLENGE

  • Given childcare / early childhood education costs are a very significant expenditure for young parents, a key opportunity for The Goddard School® was to tell a more compelling story around the brand’s excellent value for the money

SOLUTION

  • LPA led a Value Reframing effort to redefine Goddard’s value story through:
    • Review of parent motivators and value-related data
    • Value Reframing Workshop yielded 30–40 new messaging ideas that were refined by LPA post-workshop
    • Quant testing to identify claims that best elevated interest and value perceptions
    • Development of a toolkit for franchisees to apply proven messages locally (client led)

RESULTS

  • 5 winning claims showed high potential to drive interest and positive value perceptions
  • Toolkit adopted systemwide, enabling consistent, compelling value messaging
  • Improved alignment between national and franchise communications
  • Stronger perception of Goddard as “worth the premium” among parents
