- Prior to engaging LPA, company had conducted qual and quant research, as well as ideation to qualify a restage concept for a rapidly declining snack brand.
- 30 restage concepts tested including a BASES Restager, most falling in bottom quintiles / none meeting success benchmarks
- LPA was engaged to develop and validate a winning concept for the restage, including packaging and naming

- LPA recommended target audience and hypothesized relaunch options leveraging historical work
- Used quick qual research to interact directly with target consumers as input to breakthrough relaunch concept
- Engaged and briefed creative / design agency for naming and packaging
- Created a new set of concepts for conjoint testing
